This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Trademarks), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Third Party Rights), 4 (Indemnification) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.

6. Miscellaneous
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UK applicable to agreements made and to be performed in UK. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between www.perfecteyelashes.co.uk and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in UK . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. www.perfecteyelashes.co.uk's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. www.perfecteyelashes.co.uk may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

7. General
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website www.perecteyelashes.co.uk  you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorised representatives of the Company.

8. Deposit and Cancelation Policy/ Money back guarantee
A £40 deposit (for eyelash extensions) & £10 (other service) is required when booking over the phone for the first time to secure your booking. Appointments booked online via our website or via our app require smaller amount which is done automatically via our online provider. Appointment times are reserved especially for you! Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated to ensure you receive your full service and other clients are not inconvenienced.
 Please keep in mind that no shows or last minute cancellations would leave our professionals with empty appointment times that could have been utilised by another client. This is why we require a 24 hour advance cancellation notice.  If appointments are cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment your deposit is not affected and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.  For appointment cancelled with less than 24 hour notice the deposit will be forfeited.
Please read the terms and conditions when booking online.
Clients which miss the appointments without notice, within a one year period may need to prepay future appointments. Perfect Eyelashes will contact all clients prior to the scheduled appointment by SMS text to ensure all clients have the correct details. At that time the client will have the option of cancelling by sending reply text.  It is responsibility of any clients running late to notify the salon as soon as possible so that they can be accommodated to the best of the salons ability. However, if you are more than 30 minutes late, you MAY be asked to reschedule your appointment.
The MONEY BACK GUARANTEE is if, for any reason, you are unhappy with the lash extensions treatment- you are entitle to 100% refund of the treatment fee when the lashes are removed on the day or the day after of the treatment. You will be not entitle to the refund if the lashes will be removed after 48 hours from the treatment.  

9. Notification of Changes
The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site. If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our web site 30 days prior to these changes taking place. You are therefore advised to re-read this statement on a regular basis
These terms and conditions form part of the Agreement between the Client and Perfect Eyelashes. Your accessing of this website and/or undertaking of a booking or Agreement indicates your understanding, agreement to and acceptance, of the Disclaimer Notice and the full Terms and Conditions contained herein. Your statutory Consumer Rights are unaffected.

The contract is between you and the service provider and Zanadoo is not part of that agreement, and therefore Zanadoo has no direct or indirect responsibility in that contract. Before making a booking, you need to check that you agree with the service provider's terms and conditions.
Zanadoo, its Directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will not be liable for any claims, emergencies, demands, causes of action, damages, losses or expenses including solicitor fees and costs of in connection with the use of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and your consent.
Zanadoo tries to make sure that the services listed are of reasonable standard, but the listing of services on this website is not a recommendation from Zanadoo, or that the services will be suitable for the user. Zanadoo will not be liable to you if the services are not suitable to you. Your use or any information on this website is totally tour own risk, for which we will not be liable. Booking Conditions
The following conditions apply to bookings of services made by you through this website.
Making a reservation
When booking a third party's services on Zanadoo you are required to pay a non refundable reservation fee using either a credit or a debit card. The amount of the reservation fee will depend on the total cost of your booking and will range from £0.60 to £1.50 (inclusive of VAT).
Responsibility of accuracy of information to service providers
Services and Treatments are carried out by trusted third parties who are the services providers. When making a reservation, it is your responsibility to tell the service providers directly about any physical or mental condition that you have and that may require special facilities.
Cancellations
A cancellation of an appointment will result in loss of the reservation fee. The amount lost depends on the total cost of your booking but will be no more than €/£1.50. If a booking is partially cancelled (one or more, but not all treatments that are part of the booking) the reservation fee will not change. If the service provider cancels the whole booking the reservation reservation fee will be credited to your Zanadoo account. This credit can be used to reserve future bookings on Zanadoo. If the services provider only partially cancels a booking your reservation fee will not change.
Users may cancel bookings made online up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment online by going to their Zanadoo account. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours notice the salon has the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee paid online). Users who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours notice will only lose their reservation fee.
By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your booking or an amount that might be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored in Realvault for a 90 day period from the time you made the appointment. After these 90 days your card details will be erased from Realvault.
Zanadoo does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. Zanadoo shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
When a reservation is confirmed
Zanadoo does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider. Zanadoo does not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim because of changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All losses, extra fees or claims will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.
No Liability in credit or debit card transactions
Zanadoo makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Zanadoo shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
